Elle m'a posé un problème généalogique parce que je ne trouvais pas Eybènes que j'orthographiais très mal (voir l'article “Seule la carte m'a permis de trouver...†). Mais je ne trouvais pas non plus Eyvignes, l'ancien nom d'Eyvigues. Cette commune est située en limite du causse de Martel (Lot) et compte environ mille habitants. Le monument le plus emblématique est son château.
